Providing empirically supported and evidence based individual and group treatment for substance abuse disorders and co-morbid disorders. Conducting cognitive-behavioral relapse prevention group, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills groups, and Relationships in Recovery groups. Conducting individual therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral psychotherapy focused on motivation, relapse prevention, mood management, and treatment of substance dependence and co-occurring disorders. Functioning as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing consultations on complex cases to other providers and case management. Administrative duties include conducting performance improvement measures on a weekly and quarterly basis.
